He also netted a new career-high with 78 rushing yards on nine carries (8.7 YPC). During the game, the redshirt-senior quarterback reached several career milestones, surpassing 3,000 passing yards at ACU while topping 4,000 passing yards for his college career. On ACU's game-sealing drive (19-plays, 94-yards 10:29 TOP), Earle went 6-for-8 passing for 60 yards and added 13 yards rushing. He accounted for five third down conversions on the drive with four completions along with an 8-yard run.
