The redshirt-sophomore placekicker, Danny King was a kicking jack-of-all-trades in the T-Birds win over No. 22 Austin Peay. He was 2-for-2 on field goals, including a 43-yarder and a 52-yard blast that tied him for second longest in the SUU Record books. King netted 118 punting yards placing two of his three kicks inside the 20-yard line to keep the Govs offense pinned deep in their own territory. He also handled the kickoff duties for the Thunderbirds, recording five touchbacks on the day.
