North Alabama’s Collier Receives Mini-Camp Invite from New England Patriots

University of North Alabama wide receiver and return specialist Logan Collier has accepted a rookie mini-camp invite from the New England Patriots, the program announced Tuesday.

This is the second straight season that Collier has received a rookie mini-camp invite.

In one season with the Lions, Collier played a dual role as a wide receiver and return specialist. The Nashville, Tenn. native returned 11 kickoffs for 249 yards and seven punts for 41 yards during the 2024 season. He totaled two receptions for 39 yards - one catch and 25 yards coming against UT Martin on Sept. 19, 2024.

Prior to his time with UNA, Collier was an NAIA All-American at Lindsey Wilson College in Columbia, Ky. where he helped the team to the 2020 NAIA National Championship. During his tenure with LWC, Collier etched himself as the school’s all-time leader in kick return touchdowns while recording 1,090 all-purpose yards during the 2023 season. 

The Patriots finished the 2025 season 14-3 and first in the AFC East - playing their way to Super Bowl LX before falling to the Seattle Seahawks.
